1– Order Confirmation and Payment
Orders are confirmed after completing payment through bank transfer or electronic payment methods such as Mada Apple Pay STC Pay Mastercard Visa and others.
No order will be prepared or shipped before the full payment is received.
Orders are reserved for three days only.
If payment is not completed within this period the order will be cancelled and a new order must be created.
2– Order Processing and Shipping Time
At HomeGento we ensure fast processing of all orders.
Orders are handed over to the shipping company within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 working days for all cities in Saudi Arabia.
If the shipment is delayed for more than 15 days from the shipping date the customer has the right to request a full refund according to Saudi eCommerce regulations.
3– Customer Information and Address Accuracy
Customers must ensure that their phone number email and shipping address are accurate to avoid delays.
If the address changes the customer must notify our support team at least two working days before shipping by contacting 966591977580.
If the customer requests to change the address after the order has been shipped they are responsible for any rerouting fees.
4– Shipping Fees
A flat shipping rate of 20 applies to all regions across Saudi Arabia through trusted local shipping companies.
Additional fees may apply for oversized or heavy products and the customer will be informed before shipping.
5– Working Days
Orders are processed and shipped from Sunday to Thursday.
Friday is an official day off and no shipping or delivery is available.
