If the customer receives a product different from what was ordered
– The customer will be refunded
– Or the correct product will be shipped free of charge
The returned item must be unused and in its original condition.
If the product arrives damaged or defective HomeGento will replace the item or issue a full refund after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Return shipping costs are covered by the store in this case.
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order provided that
– The product is unused
– In original condition
– Includes all accessories and packaging
Return shipping fees are covered by the customer if there is no error from the store.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases
– The product has been used
– Missing accessories or original packaging
– Assembled or installed items that cannot be resold as new
– Damage caused by misuse
– More than 7 days have passed since delivery
– Customized or made to order items
If the order has already been shipped and the customer requests cancellation
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
